I think it is a Public opinion that should be motivated about sex education. Up till now there was no sex education, still there are problems, there are AIDS cases, Unwanted Pregnancies, young Boys and Girls in Schools and collages having Pre-Marital Sex, Rapes and Inter-Relational problems.
